Housing Programs

Skyline CAP offers Housing Programs (primarly in Greene County) that address substandard owner occupied dwellings for seniors and disabled residents, Indoor Plumbing and Rehabilitation, Housing Counseling, and First Time Homebuyers Programs.

Housing programs include Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance (Formerly Section 8 Rental ssistance), HUD Housing Counseling, 1st time Homebuyer Program, Skyline CAP HOME Rehabilitation, and Emergency Home Repair. Housing Counseling is available in all three counties.

Program Requirements

Eligible participants must meet the following requirements:

• Live within Skyline CAP's Program Service Area (see below)
• Contact Skyline CAP for all additional requirements
