Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance

Skyline CAP's Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance Program is offered to income eligible residents of Greene, Madison and Orange County. Skyline CAP administers the program for The Virginia Housing Development Association (VHDA) and has over 300 vouchers under lease at this time. The program mission is to assist residents in finding and maintaining adequate and safe housing through subsidized vouchers or certificates that provides financial assistance with monthly rental and utility payments paid directly to landlords.

Program Requirements

Eligible participants must meet the following requirements:

• Live within Skyline CAP's Housing Choice Voucher Rental Assistance Program Service Area (see below)
• Meet financial eligibility requirements
• Contact Skyline CAP for any additional requirements
