The Emergency Crisis Assistance Program

The Emergency Crisis Assistance Program through Skyline CAP serves residents in Orange County, Madison and Greene County with one-time emergency aid for heating fuel or help with their electric bill. To be eligible for cash assistance, the need must be temporary, and the dollars provided must be part of a payment that resolves the problem. The recipient should be either employed or otherwise ordinarily self sufficient.

Program Requirements

Eligible participants must meet the following requirements:

• Recipients are only eligible one time
• Live within Skyline CAP's Program Service Area (see below)
• Recipients need to have an unexpected financial crisis
• Recipients should be either employed or otherwise ordinarily self sufficient
• Contact Skyline CAP for any additional requirements
