Programs And Services

Skyline CAP, Inc. offers programs that address education, housing, emergency assistance and outreach to children and families in Madison, Greene and Orange Counties. Skyline's largest program offers the nationally recognized Head Start Preschool program for 3 and 4 year olds in Madison, Greene and in towns located west of the Blue Ridge including Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah and Warren Counties. Partnering with organizations, churches, governments and other agencies, our programs serve over 2,000 low income residents annually. It’s easy to become part of the solution that helps change lives by donating funds for programs, supplies or by volunteering your time. All donations and gifts are tax deductible.
