Our Board
As a Community Action Agency, one third of Skyline CAP’s Board of Directors shall be elected public officials or their designees. The County of Greene, Madison and Orange shall each appoint two. Additionally, one-third of the members shall represent the low-income community (constituents)¹ and the remainder shall represent private business, industry, social service, education or other community individuals or groups interested in concerns of poverty.

Note: Membership recruitment is on going and board members are actively seeking qualified members from the communities we serve. The Board is currently seeking individuals or organizations that might have financial/ housing or early childhood education backgrounds to serve on our Board.
¹ Members seeking participation on our Board in the constituent sector of our Board need not be low income themselves.
